How BeatGrow works, what we guarantee, and what we never do
This page explains exactly what you pay for, how your campaign behaves, and the policies that protect you — in plain language.
What BeatGrow is
BeatGrow is a Spotify playlist promotion platform built only for electronic music — house, techno, trance, drum & bass, dubstep, progressive and bass. You submit a Spotify track URL, choose an estimated stream goal, and pay once. Your track is pitched to verified independent curators who program that exact subgenre. Every curator listens and writes an honest review; they add the track only if they genuinely rate it.

- No guaranteed placements. Curators are paid for listening and reviewing, never for adding tracks.
- No artificial or incentivized streaming of any kind.
- No selling or sharing of your data with third parties.
How the stream goal works
The goal you pick with the slider is an estimate based on how campaigns of that size typically perform across our curator network. Campaigns are goal-based, not day-based: your track stays in rotation until it reaches the goal. Pacing depends on curator programming, so there is no fixed number of days.
The refund guarantee
Campaigns have no time limit: your track keeps being pitched until the goal is reached, so a slow month never costs you the campaign. If BeatGrow ever closes a campaign below the goal you paid for, we first extend it for free until the goal is reached. If an extension is not possible, we refund the proportional value of the streams not delivered, calculated at campaign closure. Because a running campaign is still working toward its goal, refunds are assessed only when a campaign is closed by our team — never mid-campaign.
Spotify's rules
Spotify prohibits artificial streaming: paying for guaranteed streams, bots, or stream farms. BeatGrow operates inside those rules — curators are paid for reviews and feedback, never for placements, and every stream comes from a real playlist's organic audience.
