BeatGrow FAQ — Spotify Playlist Promotion Questions

Everything you need to know about running an electronic music promotion campaign on BeatGrow: how it works, pricing, delivery, refunds and Spotify compliance.

How does BeatGrow work?

Submit your Spotify track URL and pick an estimated stream goal. Our algorithm matches your record to verified electronic curators — house, techno, trance, drum & bass, dubstep, progressive and more — whose audiences fit your sound. Curators listen, write a review, and add it to their playlist if they love it.

Is BeatGrow safe for my Spotify account?

Yes. We operate fully within Spotify's Terms of Service. Curators are paid for genuine reviews and honest feedback — not for adding tracks to playlists. That distinction is what keeps you safe and compliant.

Do you guarantee electronic playlist placements?

No — and any service that does is either lying or violating Spotify's rules. What we guarantee is that your track reaches curators who match your genre, and that you get a genuine review from each one. Placements happen when curators love the music.

How much does a campaign cost?

You pick an estimated stream goal with the slider and the price follows it. You pay securely at checkout and the campaign starts right away, running toward that goal — with a refund guarantee if it ever finishes short.

How long does a campaign last?

There is no fixed number of days. Your campaign runs toward the estimated stream goal you picked and you follow the progress bar in your dashboard. If a campaign is ever closed below its goal, we extend it for free first, or refund the proportional value of the undelivered streams at closure.

Who are the curators? Are they real electronic playlists?

Every curator on BeatGrow runs an electronic music playlist and goes through a vetting process that confirms authentic followers, real listener engagement, and genuine curation activity. We remove any curator whose metrics suggest artificial behavior.

Which electronic genres do you cover?

All of them: house, deep house, tech house, progressive house, melodic house & techno, techno (peak time, hard, minimal), trance (uplifting, psytrance), drum & bass, dubstep, bass house, future bass, electro, hardstyle, breakbeat, downtempo, organic house and ambient. If it lives in the electronic world, we have curators for it.

Can I target specific countries or languages?

Yes. When setting up your campaign, you can select target languages to reach curators whose audiences speak them. Geographic targeting for specific countries is available on Pro plans.

Can I run multiple campaigns at the same time?

Yes. Growth and Pro plan holders can manage multiple active Spotify campaigns simultaneously.

Do you have an app?

Our dashboard is fully mobile-optimized and works on any device through your browser. Native iOS and Android apps are in development.

How is BeatGrow priced?

Pricing is based on the stream goal you choose, not on a flat monthly fee or a per-day rate. You pick a target on the pricing page, see the price update live, and pay once at checkout to start the campaign.

Do you offer subscription plans?

Yes. Growth and Pro plans let you run recurring or multiple simultaneous campaigns at a discounted rate compared to one-off orders, and unlock features like geographic targeting.

How long does delivery take?

Campaigns typically begin within 24-48 hours of submission as curators start reviewing your track. Full delivery of your stream goal depends on how quickly curators respond and add the track to playlists; most campaigns complete within 2-6 weeks.

Do you offer refunds?

If a campaign has not yet started curator outreach, we can issue a full refund. Once curators have begun reviewing your track, we refund the unused portion of a campaign proportional to the stream goal not yet delivered. Contact support through your dashboard to request one.

Will using BeatGrow get my Spotify account banned?

No, as long as the campaign runs the way it's designed to: curators are paid for listening and giving feedback, not for guaranteed adds. This keeps every campaign inside Spotify's rules on playlist curator engagement. We do not use bots, click farms or fake streams.

Can I see which curators reviewed my track?

Yes. Your dashboard shows every curator who reviewed your submission, their written feedback, and whether they added the track to their playlist.

What happens if no curators add my track?

We don't guarantee placements — no legitimate service can. If your stream goal isn't reached through organic curator adds within a reasonable window, contact support so we can review your campaign and discuss options, including extending outreach to more curators.

Do you accept tracks that aren't released yet?

Yes, private Spotify pre-save or unreleased links are accepted for select plans so curators can review ahead of your release date.
