1. Who we are

BeatGrow ("BeatGrow", "we", "us") operates beatgrowpromo.com, a platform that connects electronic music artists with Spotify playlist curators. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of information:

• Account data: name, email address, password (hashed), and any profile details you provide when creating a BeatGrow account.
• Campaign data: Spotify track links, artist and release information, target genres/languages, and campaign preferences you submit.
• Payment data: billing name and transaction records. Card and bank details are collected and processed directly by our payment processor, Stripe, and are never stored on our own servers.
• Usage data: log data, device and browser information, IP address, and interactions with the dashboard, collected automatically.
• Cookies: small files used for authentication, session persistence, analytics and remembering your preferences. See Section 6 below.

3. How we use your information

We use collected data to:

• Create and manage your account and run your promotion campaigns;
• Match your submissions with relevant playlist curators;
• Process payments securely through Stripe and maintain billing records;
• Send transactional emails about your account and campaign status;
• Monitor, secure and improve the platform, and prevent fraud or abuse;
• Comply with legal and tax obligations.

4. Payment processing

All payments on BeatGrow are processed by Stripe, Inc. When you make a purchase, your payment details are transmitted directly to Stripe under their own privacy and security policies. We receive confirmation of payment and limited billing metadata (such as the last four digits of a card and transaction status) but never full card numbers.

5. Data retention

We retain account and campaign data for as long as your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward to comply with tax, accounting and legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You may request deletion of your account data at any time, subject to records we are legally required to keep.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies to keep you logged in and to operate the checkout flow, and optional analytics cookies to understand how the site is used so we can improve it. You can control non-essential cookies through your browser settings; blocking essential cookies may prevent parts of the site, such as your dashboard, from working correctly.

7. Sharing of information

We share data with service providers who help us run the platform — including Stripe for payments, hosting and infrastructure providers, and analytics tools — under agreements that limit their use of your data to providing those services. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

8. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. You can exercise these rights from your account settings or by reaching out through the support option available in your BeatGrow dashboard.

9. International transfers

Because our curator network and users are worldwide, your data may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as standard contractual clauses with our service providers.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
