Campaigns start at $85 for a 5,000-stream goal and scale down to roughly $10.50 per 1,000 streams on a 1,000,000-stream campaign. You always see the exact total before paying — there are no setup fees, curator fees or hidden extras.
Am I paying for days of promotion or for streams?
For streams. You choose an estimated stream goal with the slider and the campaign runs toward it — there is no expiry window, so a slower month does not cost you the campaign. If a campaign ever finishes below its goal, we extend it for free or refund the proportional difference.
Why does the price per 1,000 streams go down on bigger campaigns?
Larger goals are pitched across more curators and playlists, so the operational cost per stream drops. We pass that on: the rate falls from $17 per 1,000 streams at the entry tier to about $10.50 per 1,000 at 1M streams.
Is the monthly subscription cheaper than one-off campaigns?
Yes. Choosing the monthly billing period applies a 10% discount to the same stream goal, which suits artists releasing regularly and who want a permanent campaign running behind their catalogue.
Do you charge extra for a specific genre?
No. Techno, tech house, trance, drum & bass and every other electronic subgenre are priced identically. Genre only changes which curators receive your track, not the rate.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes. Discount codes are applied at checkout, before payment, and the discounted total is shown next to the original price so you can confirm exactly what you are charged.
Do you offer refunds?
Campaigns never expire — they keep running toward your goal, which is why shortfalls are rare. If we ever close a campaign below its goal, we extend it for free first; if that is not possible, we refund the proportional value of the streams not delivered, assessed at closure. Because a running campaign is still working toward its goal, refunds are evaluated at campaign closure, not mid-campaign.
Do I pay before or after the campaign starts?
Payment is upfront through Stripe. Once payment clears, curator pitching begins and you can follow progress toward your stream goal in your dashboard.
