Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using BeatGrow ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

BeatGrow submits electronic music tracks to a network of independent Spotify playlist curators for review. Curators are compensated for listening to submissions and providing feedback. Curators decide independently whether to add a track to their playlist based on their own judgment of the music.

No guaranteed placements. BeatGrow does not guarantee that any curator will add your track to a playlist, nor does it guarantee any specific number of streams, followers, or chart positions. Stream goals reflect the target the campaign works toward, not a contractual outcome.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, to use the Service.

4. Payments

Campaign fees are charged at checkout and processed by Stripe. Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and are inclusive of applicable BeatGrow fees. Subscription plans, where offered, renew automatically until cancelled from your account settings.

5. Refunds

Campaigns that have not yet begun curator outreach are eligible for a full refund. Once outreach has started, refunds are issued for the portion of the stream goal not yet delivered, calculated proportionally against the total campaign price. Refund requests can be submitted through your dashboard.

6. Acceptable use and Spotify compliance

You agree to submit only music you have the rights to distribute and promote, and not to use the Service to submit misleading, infringing, or fraudulent content. You must not attempt to manipulate the Service using bots, fake accounts, or automated streaming tools. BeatGrow operates within Spotify's platform rules regarding curator engagement; using the Service to circumvent those rules, or to pay curators directly for guaranteed adds outside the platform, is prohibited and may result in account suspension.

7. Intellectual property

You retain all rights to the music you submit. By submitting a track, you grant BeatGrow and its curator network a limited license to stream and review the track solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BeatGrow will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss of revenue, streams, or business opportunities arising from use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the campaign giving rise to the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, misuse the platform, or engage in fraudulent activity. You may close your account at any time from your dashboard settings.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [Governing Jurisdiction], without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
